Shipping policy

PREORDER PHASE

Our preorder window closes on October 8th. After the preorder period ends, your item goes into production. Please allow the following timeline before your order ships:

- Production: approximately 2 weeks (ends around October 22)
- Shipping to our fulfillment location: approximately 1 week (arrives around October 29)
- Processing and shipping to you: a few additional business days

Orders placed during the preorder window can expect to ship on or around October 29th–November 2nd, with delivery shortly after depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Domestic (United States):
- Standard: 3–5 business days, $8.00 ($0.00 on orders $100+)

These timelines are estimates. Production or carrier delays outside our control may shift these dates, and we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay to your order.

STANDARD OPERATIONS

Once our preorder period ends and we move to regular in-stock inventory, all orders ship within 2–4 business days of purchase, using the same shipping rates listed above.
