PREORDER TERMS

Products listed as "PREORDER" are sold on a preorder basis. Payment is collected in full at checkout, and orders ship according to the timeline stated on the product page and our Shipping Policy. By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to these terms.

Preorder shipping timelines are estimates based on expected production and fulfillment schedules. While we work to ship within the stated window, timelines may shift due to manufacturing delays, shipping carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any significant delays by email to the address provided at checkout.

All preorder sales are final. Cancellations and refunds are not available once a preorder has been placed, as customer orders directly fund our production run. Exceptions may be made for defective or damaged items as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

TRANSITION TO STANDARD SALES

Once a preorder period closes for a given product, that product may transition to standard in-stock availability. At that point, standard shipping timelines, return policies, and terms apply as outlined on our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy pages, rather than the preorder terms above.

We reserve the right to determine, at our discretion, when a product transitions from preorder to standard inventory status, and to update product pages accordingly.

GENERAL TERMS

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders suspected of fraud, or refuse service at our discretion. Prices, product availability, and preorder windows are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
